John Barber
President

At the helm of Decision Logic, company president John Barber is driven by the desire to deliver software solutions and tools that make a bottom line difference for restaurant groups throughout North America. It’s a passion that’s proven to be successful, due in part to experience gained in more than a decade spent in the restaurant industry and even more importantly, to the team of like-minded professionals who not only share his experience, but also his commitment to the unique challenges of corporate franchise concepts and multi-unity, multi-concept franchise groups. His straightforward, customer-focused approach is the backbone for Decision Logic’s approach to dealing with customers.

Jim Barber
Chief Technology Officer

In an industry where availability, speed and ease of access is critical, Jim Barber plays an important role as Chief Technology Officer. From implementing new technologies and security strategies to the daily functionality of these back-end systems, Barber is responsible for keeping Decision Logic's services on the cutting edge of technology and delivering superior uptime to clients. For more than 26 years, he has developed extensive IT experience, including 13 years immersed in the application of technology to improving the profitability and security of restaurant owners and operators.

Nathan Pickerill
Director of Professional Services

Technology is only part of the story – as director of professional services, Nathan Pickerill will tell you. He is instrumental in ensuring that clients have access to demonstrated best practices and responsive attention that enable them to use Decision Logic’s tools and capabilities to succeed in areas of their operations that offer the greatest potential for additional profit. From ongoing training and customer relations management, to in-depth product demonstrations, Pickerill brings his own experiences in inventory control and predictive ordering from more than 12 years of hospitality experience – a majority spent in corporate management and ownership.

Shannon Puhrmann
Director of Implementation Services

Responsible for new client deployments and third-party integrations, director of implementation services, Shannon Puhrmann, ensures that the Decision Logic suite is deployed in a timely manner – enabling clients to begin realizing the cost savings systems this enterprise solution is able to deliver. One of the longest serving members of the client services team, Puhrmann brings a wealth of expertise and first-hand knowledge gained in his more than eight years of completing software deployments and successful client support engagements.

Brian Eichelberger
Partnership Development

Think in the long-term, act in the short-term – for Brian Eichelberger, it’s a matter of bringing real solutions that have an immediate impact on the bottom line. He’s able to put profitability into practice with diverse experience in restaurant management and food distribution, ranging from fast food chains to casual dining and upscale restaurant concepts.  Coupled with Decision Logic’s robust functionality, restaurants are able to simplify the difficult process of tracking everything from  inventory to labor, enabling managers to spend less time trying to track down information and more time impacting the guest dining experience.
