Knowledge Management Systems (www.decision-logic.com) is a rapidly growing application service provider specializing in the hospitality segment.  Knowledge Management Systems is searching for people with good communication, technical, and trouble shooting skills crossed with an analytical mind and common business sense.  Customer focused individuals would become part of our customer support center as a System Support Specialist focusing on our Decision Logic product, a web based hospitality enterprise management tool.

Job responsibilities would include:

- Respond to and log incoming support calls and emails.
- Build rapport with customer support contacts and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Perform technical research on software products.
- Nurture a consultative relationship with current customer base.
- Perform quality assurance testing for new releases and support related updates.
- Contribute ideas for improvements to product, support process, and company development direction.
- Manage customer related development requests.

Qualified Applicants will possess:

- Excellent problem solving skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Knowledge of basic Internet troubleshooting techniques.
- Independent work ethic with good group communication skills.
- Past restaurant Mgt experience (optional).
