- Physical access to the Omaha facility is monitored and controlled with several layers of protection including locked doors, mantrap areas, cameras and is staffed at all times.
- Operational procedures preclude access beyond the main entrance unless CoSentry security or data center staff release two doors. Picture ID's are used for pre-authorized staff to gain access to only areas required to fulfill their duties, while logs are kept of all access involving these ID's.
- Visitors are granted access only after proper clearances are validated.
- Bandwidth management is provided by Co-Sentry. BGP routing is utilized to ensure that connectivity is not interrupted should any of the external providers go down.
